I am currently in the process of getting all the forms and flights underway. I never realized planning for this trip would be so tedious. I at least have my flight from Memphis to Sydney (going and coming) booked, but I'm working on the flight from Sydney to Perth now. Dad was able to use his Delta Sky Miles towards my flight, so that took about 95% of the price of the ticket off! I started completing my Visa application form last night. Who knew that the US has an "area code" for phone numbers? I am definitely going to need Mama's help completing that form.
Anyway, I need to start planning how I'm going to pack my life for 3 months. Anyone who knows me knows that I overpack all the time! You just never know if it's going to be too hot or too cold, or if you're going to be in a pink mood instead of a yellow mood. Call me crazy, but it's how I roll! I also need to start packing up the things in my apartment. Move out day is July 31st and June is halfway gone. Everything I own has to go back to Jackson, TN until I decide where to go next. I'm going to miss my own place and roommate...
